I stopped by because I was in the area and needed to grab a deep conditioner. Miss Danielle greeted me immediately and helped me find what I was looking for! She was so kind, warm and also very knowledgeable of the products in the store! I live 15 minutes away but I will come back to this beauty supply just to experience this customer service again!

Highly recommended!!! To get a few extra steps in after work, I made a walk to a nearby store (Aldi) and grabbed a few groceries but was unable to get hair spray. Walking back through the plaza rather than through the parking lot, I was pleasantly surprised to notice the beauty supply door sign and popped in to save myself another trip out. They're mostly pretty nice and understand products. They understand hair. Just be advised, if you show up at noon during the week, the door may be locked. I showed on 2 consecutive visits and the door was locked despite the open sign being on and it was during posted hours. The first time I rang the bell. She finally came to the door just before I drove away. She claimed she forgot the door was locked. One things for sure I always love supporting Black Owned Businesses especially when it comes with great customer service and top tier energy overall. Yesterday was my first day walking in with my mom as we had never fully paid attention that it was there despite visiting other stores in the area. But am I glad we did. They have just about everything and Racii made us feel right at home! I pray nothing but continued success over this store and we will be back soon

Well I've found my new wig and beauty store! It's in my neighborhood less than 5 minutes drive away, excellent service, nice selection, and reasonable prices. I especially appreciate the excellent service given by Racii, as she was very helpful with wig selections, trimming, and if they're out of a style, she'll try to find it and have it sent to the store. Thank you!
