This doesn't deserve one star. The owner is very rude. When I walked in there was a box of nail polishes. On the box in bold red letters was 0.99 20% . So I grabbed one put it the counter till for later.i then went to see the prices for there hair clippers. As I purchased the polish I gave the lady 5 dollars. When she gave me my change I said to her I gave you a five dollar bill. She told me it was 4.99. I told i didn't want it because I thought it was 0.99 cents..
