Criminal charges are nothing to play around with so the attorney you hire should be prepared and ready to fight for you. My attorney was great. He knew the laws and found a loophole!
I used them for divorce, but I didn't know they did personal injury. I'm glad the paralegal on my divorce told me because I would have ended up going to some other place. I'm frustrated and I'm hurting all the time and had to get my car fixed so I can to go to work and doctor appointments. But my attorney and her paralegal are very nice and understanding. I always feel like I'm a priority to them, not just another number. So far, they've just made me feel a lot less overwhelmed.
Just had contact with their lawyer Ryan Dorn who will lead you on and just give you the run around. They use bait and switch advertising regarding their fees. I am filing a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General. Save yourself time and money and use a law firm that has a lawyer with experience.
I only give one star because the lawyer showed up confidently 5 minutes after court was in session. Add to that, that with the retainer and monthly payments for services, I over payed them $800 and am still waiting for a refund months later. I have called many times and they keep just asking to take a message which they never respond to. Don't use them if you have any other choice. They will overcharge you before you actually use their subpar services then give you the runaround about getting your money back.
A friend recommended them for a custody lawyer and I'm glad to have hired them. Results of the case were perfect for us, everybody is happy and the correct terms were set in place. Thank you.
