I recently had a new water heater and air conditioning unit installed by My Aire Heating and Cooling, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was on time, professional, and very respectful throughout the entire process. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, showing great patience with my family as well. HVAC unit bit the dust on Monday, My Aire was out for an estimate on Tuesday - full system replacement on Thursday. The install team was professional, efficient, and did a great job. Big thanks to Jamel who was upfront, honest, and great to work with throughout the whole process.
My Aire team was great throughout. There was a very short turnaround between requesting an estimate and them showing up. They understood my goal of replacing AC and furnace with Heat Pump and furnace. They are certified contractors in the Georgia Energy Rebate programs. The job was completed in 2 days with quality.
