My Aire did a good job replacing our two full HVAC systems. We got several estimates from other companies, and what sold us on My Aire were 3 things: 1) The people. The person estimating the project (William) also manages and oversees the project, and even participates in some of the work. I love how fast, nice and efficient Harmony dispatched the techs to me when my appointment was accidentally canceled, due to a miscommunication. The techs came and they were efficient and knowledgeable. They came in and got straight to work, fixed my air and ensured that it was working before they left. I really appreciate everyone who helped me! Great service all the way around.
They were all so very nice & considerate. They came within the time frame stated & were very careful with my property & not leaving a mess. They took time to change the filter & instruct me on the user of the new thermostat. All of them worked very hard to get a good job done. I truly appreciated having them here to install my new unit, which I'M VERY THANKFUL FOR!
UPDATE 4/26: The owner of My Aire reached out to me and thoroughly and promptly addressed my concerns. He expressed that the quality of customer service I received was far short of what his company strives for. (Looking at the other reviews, it does seem like my experience was the exception). My Aire is now my go-to HVAC provider. They discovered some serious mistakes made by my previous provider. So far their service has been thorough. The guys are polite & respectful. Highly recommended.
