I recently had my AC system completely replaced by My AC Guy, and I’m very impressed. From the time Matt the service tech arrived, the whole system was diagnosed, replaced, and running again in less than 16 hours. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, helped me choose the right system, and did a clean, quality installation. It’s rare to find that kind of speed and workmanship these days. I’d highly recommend My AC Guy for any HVAC needs.

If you need an AC guy "My AC guy" is YOUR guy! So, during the heat dome, heat wave, with temps of 103°-106°, my thingy-ma-jigger on my unit went out and just couldn't keep up. It was 90° in my house. We called a few places, all very pricey and had a long wait. My AC guy was next up and they said 70$ to come out and be there in a few hours. Ok! Let's go. Then the tech shows up and has us diagnosed in under 5-10 minutes. Garrett does his thang and within 20-30 minutes max, I'm feeling the temp drop. Amazing service. Decent rat... read more

What a splendid experience we have had with My AC Guys’ owner, family and the crew. They were all very professional, informative, and willing to satisfy the customer. The crew was absolutely amazing. They were very enlightening and knowledgeable about our new system. They managed our home and project well. Matt and his wife Whitney are kind, caring and understanding, they are such a pleasure to work with. Our AC unit was shot and me having COPD especially in the heat was horrible, he got our old unit working till the new one came in within a couple of days, everything was installed yesterday within a few hours and the house is more comfortable than ever. I would give 100 stars for this company if possible!! Lindsey was super professional and communicated promptly when I initially called in! After not even receiving a call back from the first two companies I called, she quoted me a time of about two hours. Matt called about five minutes after I got off with her and was at my house in TEN MINUTES!!!
