I called this company for $99 vent special. I had mold in vents after another company replaced the blower motor. I had been sick for 3 months so was important. First they only clean inside vents- not ducts. All vents taken down and I cleaned myself. Then he uses brush on drill to clean with a wet vac. Nothing was covered and he (& I) were not in safety gear (masks, etc). The mold and dust went everywhere- layered on furniture and flooring. Still cleaning after 2 days. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. You cannot trust them at all. They installed a new AC Unit in my Villa in July 2021. The owner Kyle never answers text messages or phone calls. Sent him text messages. I never received a manual on how to work my ac unit. Numerous text messages back and forth and eventually called another person who was recommended to come and check, I advised Kyle that he never put the proper hurricane clamps on all four sides of the ac unit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Kyle and team installed my AC just over a year ago and all we had are problems...all they do is patch up their mistakes. 3 leaks during that time because they installed the emergency shut off switch wrong. they patched up the coil during my first year for some reason, instead of replacing it, and they now they don't return calls. It seems that I've been blocked. very unprofessional!
