Before the installation, our old air conditioning system was struggling to keep up with the summer heat. The technicians installed the new unit efficiently and took the time to explain its features.
Superb emergency response! When our heater stopped working on a freezing winter night, they answered the phone immediately and dispatched a technician right away. The repair was done efficiently, and our home was warm again in no time. Lifesavers
Compared to a previous quote, their pricing was more reasonable and the technicians spent about two hours dismantling the A/C system without any issues. However, they did leave some debris around the work area that I needed to clean up afterwards.
Initially concerned about the time it might take, I was relieved when the vent cleaning took just over an hour and noticeably improved airflow. However, I wish they had taken a bit more care in ensuring that all furniture was covered before starting the work.
Fantastic local HVAC company! They arrived right on time, replaced a faulty capacitor, and had our AC blowing ice cold again within twenty minutes.
