For the cost, the least you can do is acknowledge a paying customer when they walk in. Sat for 15 minutes without even a hello, good morning, we will be right with you, anything. I get your busy but it literally takes one second to greet a customer. Do better. Literally went 6 minutes down the road, 2x the customers waiting, yet as soon as I walked in I got greeted.
