Very unfortunate how some companies can be . THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM. FROM THE FIRST DAY WE HAVE HAD MAJOR ISSUES WITH OUR EQUIPMENT. I HAVE CALLED 5 TIMES TO GET SERVICE UNHOOKED AND THEY REFUSE TO CALL ME BACK . FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF THEM TODAY AND THEY REFUSE TO END CONTRACT EVEN THOUGH NONE OF THE EQUIPMENT WORKS. THEY ARE WANTING ME TO PAY FOR 29 MORE MONTHS OF SERVICE EVEN THOUGH IT GOES OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT CONSTANTLY . Due to the military I had to move the salesman ensured me that I would not have any issues breaking the contract with orders. Well they aren’t letting me out of the contract and I had to move poor service if me. Military beware
Shady business practices... Stay away! Sales rep (Jacques) made false promises and gave us misleading information. When we tried to cancel service within the 3 day allotment (because the system couldn't do what they promised) they ( supervisor S. Thompson) refused... Saying it would cost their reps a lot of money! Had to contact Northstar directly and inform them of the cancellation.
