Multiple trips attempting to get tickets for my family, always some excuse why they can’t help you. Last time I tried, I got the impression that the staff was doing something everything in their power to turn everyone away. I just ended up paying full price for the tickets to avoid the hassle. Extreme disappointment to say the least.
I’ve had great prior experiences here, but this last one was so souring. I came in with specific questions on a particular location and the staff member was very dismissive. She spoke to me in such a way that made me feel like I was an inconvenience for needing some help. I ended up walking out with the brochure that she pushed on me as she insisted on not engaging my questions. I can’t express how unhelpful she was. I wish I had gotten a name.
