Had a ceiling fan swap and two outlets put in the office.fan is rock solid no wobble, outlets work great.clean install,no marks on the walls or ceiling.happy with it.
kept tripping the breaker in the kitchen every time we ran the microwave and the toaster at the same time. super annoying especially in the morning when everyones trying to get out the door. turns out the whole kitchen was on one circuit which apparently is pretty common in older houses but definitely not ideal. whole house panel upgrade, 100 amp to 200 amp. we've been in Lake Zurich about nine years and the old panel was original to the house from the 80s. kept running into problems where running the AC and the dryer at the same time would trip the main, super annoying in summer obviously.
