my breaker kept tripping every time we ran the microwave and space heater together and it was driving me nuts. figured it was just an overloaded circuit but wanted someone to actually look. Matt's sent a guy out quick and he found the circuit was doing too much and the panel was older than i realized. he added a dedicated line for the kitchen so it stopped tripping. explained everything without any attitude about it. no more flipping the breaker every day now which is a relief
booked online sunday night and got a call back monday morning which was a nice start. matt came out a day later, super easy to talk to, didnt make me feel dumb for asking basic questions about my panel. the actual work took maybe two hours, replaced a bad GFCI and traced down why my bathroom fan wasnt getting power. everything works like it should now and the price matched what he quoted before starting. no surprises which is what I wanted.
Had a ceiling fan swap and two outlets put in the office.fan is rock solid no wobble, outlets work great.clean install,no marks on the walls or ceiling.happy with it.

whole house panel upgrade, 100 amp to 200 amp. we've been in Lake Zurich about nine years and the old panel was original to the house from the 80s. kept running into problems where running the AC and the dryer at the same time would trip the main, super annoying in summer obviously.
