Do not rent here, money hungry owner so there’s a complete obvious lack of care around the entire place. Management is a joke specifically Tim has been the worst. I’m talking management is terrible for even landlords. Everything is an additional charge from the gym to basic maintenance. Facilities/public areas are not kept well at all.
