I put in a two week notice and was asked by the owner to just resign that Friday instead of waiting and was promised in writing to be paid my PTO time. I agreed and when I was paid the following week I was not paid for my vacation time. I politely asked in a email to the owner if I will be paid and if she would mail me my pay stub. I have never received a response.
