Sadly, as much as my family and I liked Wilfredo when we first met him we are now in need to take him to court. He built an outdoor fireplace for us 18 months ago that never worked. He made us spend 1500.00 on a chimney fan that was supposed to solve the problem, it didn’t. After consulting with a mason in NY we found out the 6” flue should have been 12” so the smoke did not pour into the living space. They recently demolished an existing condo units with non bearing wall and outdated title and put in a new kitchen, we floors, painted and designed some cool decorative elements. Looks very nice, was done on time for a fair price.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with this organization. On April 11th Wilfredo Rivas came to my home to quote me on some pavers and to perform electrical work to support a swim spa. I considered it over the weekend and on the morning of April 15th I wrote and presented to Wilfredo Rivas a check for 5,360 dollars. He was there bright and early to pick it up and immediately deposited it into his account. This gentleman and his company did a major project for me a couple of years ago. It was very expensive, but the work quality was above average, even though they had to come out a few times and fix some things that they did pretty poorly. Last week I got the idea of purchasing a nice hot tub, and I wanted to expand my pavers in the backyard to accommodate it as well as remove tree.
