DO NOT BUT A HOME FROM THIS COMPANY. Home built doesn’t match township, permit approved plans, numerous code violations, poor workmanship ( doors show on top must be painted all side or void warranty, they won’t paint) 1/2” drywall on ceiling for 1hr fire rating, 1 layer 5/8” drywall in garage, less than 36” clearance in hallway goes on and on. I would not recommend this company to do anything. They haven’t return calls or emails.
You’ll be impressed when you meet Magic, the owner of MW Construction. He’s an honest, hard working “Self-made” man who will do whatever he agrees to, whether it’s in writing or not. You’ll also be impressed with the Craftsmen who work for his Company. They are experienced Tradesmen who pay attention to detail and work just as hard as Magic. They’re the hardest working Tradesmen I ever met in all my years in construction. I would highly recommend MW Construction to anyone considering any type of home remodel.
Maceij is a Pro. I am writing this while the project is ongoing, I attempted to help out a family member with some steps and the project took an unexpected turn. MW's crew was fast to respond, very professional, courteous, and helpful. I have flipped numerous houses in the south and was worried about New Jersey contractors; I was one years ago.... If you have a project, at least let them look at it! If I can recommend one thing is wait for them if they are busy, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Maceij!
