Horrible experience. Cleaned my floors and splattered the dirt all over my baseboards and did not clean off. When I mentioned it he told me he did not have time to clean it all up. I had to hire another company to redo the floors and clean the baseboards.
Great great service. Walter was very respectful of my property and extremely professional. I shopped around and his prices were the best. The best part of the experience was his professionalism. He did a carpet cleaning, and even offered to clean some rugs at no extra cost. If you need any cleaning this is the guy to go to!!
They did a grate job!!! They communicated with me thrugh email very esialy. they are very pleasant to deal with thrugh emails and reaching a live person every time you call to schedule an appointment
I hired Walter to do my property in Falls church twice. and will continue to do so in my rental properties and personal home in Prince William County. Walt is the tech and operational manager there and is a very trustworthy and always dose a amazing job with my carpets. through out the years he has shown consistency and great results!!!
