On the second routine visit, Dr. Doughty clipped my mom’s big toenail deep into the skin, causing bleeding and redness. The next day we see that her big toe is swelling in the area around the nail. She is pre-diabetic. I call in the morning to leave a message with the phone receptionist to ask the doctor about it. From the moment I arrived, until the moment I left the staff were exceptional and so welcoming. Everything was wonderful and it was a great experience. Dr. Felton was very informative and knowledgeable when diagnosing my particular issue. He knew just what to do and had wonderful bedside manner. I cannot recommend Podiatry Associates and Dr. Felton enough. Thank you again!
First time seeing a foot doctor, the location has plenty of parking. The staff was friendly, the office is spotless. The doctor was super friendly and informative. I was lucky my situation was getting better and did not need much time or attention. I definitely would recommend this practice.
OMG this foot doctor is amazing! I absolutely love him and my experience here! No pain got out my ingrown and stopped it from coming back he killed the root! Other doctors didn’t do that in the past! I highly recommend!
They have a picture of Franklin square with Franklin squares address on their information but apparently not located there. Most unprofessional Dr's office I've ever had the displeasure of attending. I've been fighting with them for weeks to get an appointment and my short term disability has now been denied. DONT MAKE THIS MISTAKE
