It’s A NO 4ME don’t waste your time here, a lot of excuses long wait times in the exam room want you to have return visits but things can be done in one visit short staff broken equipment excuses they will waste your time and make up excuses on how they operate.
Dr. Charles was the most professional and caring specialist I have ever been in contact with. She greeted me with a smile and actually listened to my previous treatment plans. She cared about my concerns and didn't rush through my consult. I was the last patient of the day and I am sure she was most exhausted and though I was early and had to change my appointment to the end of the day I didn't feel rushed or resented. Quick and efficient. Just in for my 3000 mile tune up.
Don't waste your money or time here, it's a scam! Always running way behind and double booked, gives you about three minutes then rushes out to the next patient. I spent over $400 for inserts which were defective. It took three weeks to get another appointment which I was told that they would "adjust" the inserts and get them back to me in a few weeks. Well, it's been a month. They don't return your call, won't refund your money and really don't seem to care. I'm trying Family Podiatry, since a friend highly recommended them... read more
