We had made a follow up appointment and my daughter fell ill that day so I had to cancel. They charged us 50$ (which I understand) and we paid that. We then rescheduled again but had to fly out on an emergency flight due to my mother being ill. We called in advance to reschedule but apparently 36 hours in advance is not enough so we were charged with the fee again (of which we paid) We reschedule again but then received a call two days prior to her appointment saying the doctor refused to see my daughter anymore. RecommendedWe love MVP SMILES!! Dr. Kwatra and his staff are amazing and super kid friendly. My daughter does great with cleanings but when it comes to anything else it’s a fight but they always make her comfortable and get things done with a breeze. Also the office is very clean and nice!! I recommend any first time children or anyone looking for a new dentist to come visit and see Dr. Kwatra you won’t regret it!

RecommendedDr. Kwatra did an excellent job with my son with special needs! My son is terrified of the dentist and Dr. Kwatra did his best to help the cleaning go as smoothly as possible by playing music he enjoys and talking him through the exam. I'm so glad that we can go to a local dentist instead of driving an hour to Baltimore to go to a specialty clinic. We will definitely return for his next appointment!
