Screwed me over. Wasted a month of my time, a lot of stress and 750 dollars worth of inspection money and appraisal money. Also don't let then talk you into getting a loan from eagle mortgage. They will try to squezze as much money as they can out of you. They set me really far back on getting a house.
I've had the unpleasant pleasure of dealing with two different offices of MVP .One in Naples and one in Cape Coral. Just a real bad experience. Want to keep this review clean but one star is way too much,
