My AC went out in July of last year. They flat out ignored it until September, then blamed the owner, and said it was non essential and to remind them in March, when my lease was up. My house was 100 degrees and they ignored me. My dogs were staying outside because it was cooler out there. Only reason I didnt seek lawsuit was because I couldnt afford it.
