The person claiming to be a supervisor was very rude and unprofessional. I confirmed with them when I first scheduled that I needed to have Friday PT appointments and verified my insurance was covered. After one appointment I got a phone call from Terry, (I think) who claimed to be a supervisor, stating the person I saw one time was leaving the company and the new person available did not have the qualifications needed to be covered by my insurance (Regence). Friendly knowledgeable staff. They really helped me get straightened out and back to normal.
This was my first time seeing a physical therapist. I have really bad shin splints and I also hurt my shoulder so I was hoping PT would help. I saw Ben Kevan for a month and I am not satisfied at all with the “treatment” I received for the following reasons: 1. The physical therapists treat multiple patients at once. I didn’t think it was a problem until they started having the front desk receptionist, who hasn’t gone through PT school, start supervising me while she guided me through the PT exercises.
