I would like to say thank you to Myron and his team for doing a great job at eliminating our bed bug problem... We called Myron on a Saturday night at 11:45pm once we realized we had a problem (because he came highly recommended from my mom) we wasn't expecting a return call until Monday however Myron called us on Sunday and set up an appointment to come to my home on Monday to evaluate the situation once we realized we had a real problem MVP came back on Thursday to exterminate!! It pays to use a small business like MVP when having pests eliminated. The big guys have frequent employee turnover, while a small business usually has the owner doing the work (like MVP). They rely on good service and referrals to survive. We had a horrible bed-bug infestation and MVP came out and completely eradicated them at what I thought was a good price. They followed up two weeks later and inspected all the right places and re-applied their product.
This is an ecellent business. Not a chain exterminator. Bed bugs were eradicated, period,.... a major infestation,.. and they eradicated it. Myron kept in contact and made sure the problem was solved. Why? Because uthey are professional and conscientious.
We would like to say "Thank You" to Myron and his team for taking care of our problem with bed bugs. We initially had someone come in and after 4 months we still had not eliminated the problem. After many sleepless nights we called MVP. Myron came out and gave us a free estimate and educated us on bed bugs. After the treatment he came back to look for any signs of hatching bed bugs and promised to keep in touch. He kept his promises and we are bed bug free!!! Thank You Myron!
