Awful customer service. I arrive at 9:30 and was told it will be between 45- an hour. The phone rings and the tech accepts a 10:45 appointment over the phone. The Caucasian lady walks in and get seated, now I was there when she took the call. And now it’s 11 I ask the tech in booth 2 how much longer? With a rude attitude she repeats between 45 to a hour. It’s been hour in a half and you take in a customer that calls when I am sitting and signed in. Very rude customer service from booth #2 tech.
I wanted a gel fill in and was charged $42 where the average cost in the area is anywhere from $25 to $30. It wasn't a very personable visit. I'm assuming the owner was very pleasant but her staff needs some guidance on customer service etiquettes. I was really disappointed, I was hoping to find a replacement for another bad local business. I would like to stay locally to support the business in Oxford and creedmoor but I'm thinking I'm going to have to venture towards Wake Forest or Raleigh to get any type of decent custome... read more
