I hope your service is better then your driving. Was cut off twice by you and you use exit lanes to pass people waiting in traffic. But it looks like your service isn’t great and I’m not the only one to complain about you driving.
Unhappy with our experience with Mark. We called him because our HVAC duct sensor was missing and needed to be replaced. He came out, changed our filter, poked around and couldn't help us with our true issue. I confronted him about why the invoice was so high at $415 and he simply said that's the fee for bringing out a truck (which they didn't use) and trying to diagnose our issue (which we already knew). We didn't need a diagnosis, we needed a fix.
Mark is amazing. Took the time to understand my issue. He is my hvac guy.
