MVP has a huge contract with the community I live in as there are two 19 story condominiums and 100 townhouses. These young men are constantly POLUTING the environment!!! They have GAS packs on their back and simply blow leaves around. I asked them if they have ever heard of a BROOM!!! I have NEVER seen them ever use a rake nor a broom. It's much easier to DESTROY the environment and use the GAS on their back to simply blow the leaves around. The job isn't PROPERLY done because they simply blow the leaves onto the road.
