I’ve been going to the gym for a few years and, for the most part, the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. However, the morning trainer, Allison, is rude and inconsiderate. She forces her way into areas with her clients pushing people already using the space out. Wonder if she would complain if she got hit by one of the weights being used because she has lack of decency for others people’s space.
They have taken their system down without prior notification of the members and yet they continue to charge my credit card. So I am paying for a gym. I can’t use and without any idea when it will reopen. I’m beginning to suspect they are about to close the gym permanently. No reason not to think this.
This gyms cancellation policies border on fraud. The gym is crowded and uncomfortable. Definitely would not go back!
Chris at the front desk made me feel right at home! She was very personable and very knowledgeable. Chad was a great resource as well!👩🏽🚒
