Great location with a very helpful staff
Clean place friendly employees and Kevin is a great trainer
I met with Kevin Hein to learn ways to strengthen my knee in preparation for an upcoming surgery. He was knowledgeable and able to give me specific exercises, motivation and resources. He is compassionate and a good listener. I look forward to working with him again and I would highly recommend him.
The place is the best in the villages. It could be a lot better. It needs a new sauna. The classes are good.
Always clean, friendly staff & trainers. A little crowded at times ( would love you to open one in Middleton or Eastpointe) but love it at the gym!
