Awesome trainers staff and members! I love it!
Jenn Byrd, a trainer at Genesis, is helping me get my life back! After years of sedentary behavior, Jenn is slowly and effectively training me to rebuild muscles and strength. Her skill and years of experience as a trainer is only matched by her compassion. Jenn has had to work around quite a few injuries I’ve had and yet continues to give me the best workout to build me back to an optimal life. I’ve never had as skilled a Trainer who understands an older body and actually cares about my success .
Better gyms around, do not settle for this one & make same mistake. But you do you!
I just joined and was a little bummed about the vinyl flooring in the group exercise room. My knees after two Zumba classes are really feeling the poor flooring option. There is totally not enough cushion and for the older population in the area, the gym should totally have wood floors for less impact on body. As well as no mirror. It is totally important to see your form, and I am not sure why there are no mirrors. It’s an inexpensive solution. Other than these two key points, it seems to be fine.
I just had a deep tissue massage by John Campanelli. It was great ! John is excellent and I will definitely go back to see him again !
