Never thought I would enjoy going to the gym. MVP is a great place to workout! Can't say enough about all the people who work there. Everyone is so helpful and friendly !

I love MVP I am like a kid in the candy store with the classes I usually do two back to back. And have met a wonderful group of women we all call our selves the gym ratzz! Love you guys!
I have joined when they first opened up, I truly love going there, enjoy working out, meeting old friends. Watch my T.V. Had several messages there, very happy no complaints. Love it there

I could not go a week without out going to MVP. I am in the ZONE class 3 days a week and love it especially the TRX, my favorite. The Trainers are exceptionally top drawer.
I took a yoga class today for the first time in about seven years. The leader was excellent! The facilities are clean and everyone seems helpful, yet not pushy.
Excellent group classes. Instructors were awesome
