Dr. Garrett has been a true blessing to my life. As an ex-collegiate softball player, I have many past injuries that are now showing up as daily aches and pains. Dr Garrett is very knowledgeable and a great motivator. He cares about his clients and their long term health. He programs great exercises that challenge you while helping you build confidence. He consistently snows up for his clients and will adjust programs based on ailments/ injury while still ensuring you get a great work out.
Garrett makes it easy to show up. He had a plan, constantly challenged me, and I trusted him to consider my goals with every day I came in wanting to workout or not
Can’t say enough good things about the crew at MVMT RX. I came in with lingering problems I’ve had since high school. Within a month they were fixed, and then we focused on imbalances and other problems I ran into caused by my lifestyle and activities. Before MVMT Rx, I was dealing with knee pain in both of my knees. I wasn’t sure whether it was an injury that was slowly developing or what was causing it. That’s when I started the program and began scheduling appointments with Dr. Mike Fitzsimmons.
