Robin and the whole MVMNT team are absolutely amazing. I found this gym three years ago and two babies later my body has never felt better. For me, the biggest benefit of going here has been re-learning how to move my body in the right ways to protect against old and new injuries. Coach Robin and Mikayla are wonderful and strong coaches. If you’re looking for a personal training program made by women, for women (esp post partum) to get you toned and strong, then this is the place.

I rarely write a review but this is an exceptional case, and I want to share and help people to change their lives. Robin is an extremely professional and kind person. She creates a fun, entertaining and homie atmosphere targeting people’s needs. Robin energizes and motivates not only your body but your soul with her care, dedication and love.

This space is top notch! The community and energy they create is special. It's a place where I felt safe to heal my body, in a female centered space and have amazing programming that's effective! Highly recommend for any pregnant person, mom or lady looking to strengthen their soul, health, and body for living a great life!
