Katrina has healing hands. She is amazing.. have used her a few times over the years and she always manages to send me off pain free, moving seamlessly and smiling. Felt comfortable from moment I walked in the door, Lisa at reception was very friendly and helpful, And Kat was amazing - explaining everything throughout the consultation and very thorough.
The team at MVMNT Lab are outstanding. I had a really bad CrossFit back injury & was recommended to see Kat. I went in, barely able to walk, in a huge amount of pain & in the most fragile state of my life. After about 4 months of physio & checkup appointments, I am now recovered, educated & fully geared up to tackle the gym again with a new approach & a much better understanding of my body.
