Katrina has healing hands. She is amazing.. have used her a few times over the years and she always manages to send me off pain free, moving seamlessly and smiling. Saw Ash (chiropractor) he was professional, knowledgeable and strong. He listened to my symptoms but elaborated on his findings. I appreciated his clinical feedback, friendliness and support to get back into what I want to do safely while remaining strong.
The team at MVMNT Lab are outstanding. I had a really bad CrossFit back injury & was recommended to see Kat. I went in, barely able to walk, in a huge amount of pain & in the most fragile state of my life. Kat the Chiropractor I saw gave me the most informative consultation I have ever received so to be more knowledgeable about my problems allows me to understand why I need to do certain exercises & avoid others. I am returning for my second appointment where Kate will have a management program mapped out to help her with my treatment. I would highly recommend this practice.
