Before i met Vanessa, I delt with horrible lazy brokers that could not get my apt sold. Vanessa is knowledgeable in co-op rules. She found a buyer and buyer was approved within weeks. She really knows her stuff . she surprised me with extra information that other brokers did not provide. She was very aggressive with mgt and lawyers .. my apt was sold!!! Vanessa embodied A team player and professional!! She's detailed oriented, well knowledge and well versed in her craft. I gave her the POA (power of attorney) because she instill that level of trust across the boards. She goes above and BEYOND her responsibility regardless which sides she's representing.
