DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The local, Columbus supervisor, Lance is not a trustworthy person. He wasn't forthcoming during the estimating process with the additional charges for mattress bags and TV boxes. After giving me an estimate that was 3.5 hours longer than any other company, I spoke with Lance about revising the estimate because I was fearful the crew would work at a pace on par with the extra long estimate.
