When I first arrived in Alaska with my family I went to Mvi. They were unreliable, rude, and extremely overpriced. We wanted to rent. The lady who was working with us said " We are here for the buyers, NOT the renters". Although she didn't say it in a mean way, she still said it...I found that to be odd. Why would someone say that to a customer even if it were true. That doesn't even make sense. Their customers are trying to get their houses rented out and that is how they talk to the clients.
