I wish I could give zero stars. The nurses stopped coming to the house for the patient until we called. When we talked to their Hospice person, they talked about the patient dying and said that they didn't care whether the patient heard them or not. And, to top all of that, when we discontinued their service, they tried to charge us for a broken feeding pump, which I know was not broken, since I packaged it. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!
I just wrapped up a 6 week stint of PT, and this group couldn't have been more ideal. They took into account my disabilities from MS, and they formulated a plan to work around them and with them. The therapist I worked with weekly was perfect. His wife actually has MS, so he understood intimately what that means. He listened to me when my body said, "Enough.", and he helped me formulate a series of exercises to improve my balance and core strength...two things I completely lack. I worked there until 2013 and the staff was great. One of my favorite positions. I worked primarily in hospice and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
Great place! My wife and I have had them several times, for home care, wound care and therapy. I have trouble with my knees and hips and she has a heart condition. The people that come to our house are always very nice and caring and take the time to explain things. We have had 4 different nurses and they are all great. I was having trouble with my laptop and wifi one time and the nurse mentioned that their IT guy Keith was a wizard. We have had the nursing staff at MVI care for my mother several times. They are very caring and compassionate.
