My husband's AAA aneurysm is enlarging and has a leak. His CT scan showed that the aneurysm is leaking. It has been nearly two weeks, and I haven't received any follow-up about a procedure. I am worried about the risk of rupture. I want a second opinion. It seems there is a lack of responsiveness in New Hartford, NY. NEVER receive callbacks! I do like Dr. Carillo and a few others. When having a severe issue and you call after work hours and speak to the call service they tell me they will reach out and have a provider call me back. They NEVER do! This has happened several times. I have let my surgical team know and still seems to be an issue. This isn’t for a simple cold, I have a true medical conditions that may require prompt action. This is a serious matter that needs to be addressed.

If I could give zero stars I would. While I was driving to my appointment that I booked 6 months ago I was called that my appointment was canceled by them. No call back. I called back TWICE a week later with no one to schedule me. I call again after being promised I would be called the following day to get booked out a month and a half later. HORRIBLY managed and I would be ashamed if I were this office.
