If I could give zero stars I would. While I was driving to my appointment that I booked 6 months ago I was called that my appointment was canceled by them. No call back. I called back TWICE a week later with no one to schedule me. I call again after being promised I would be called the following day to get booked out a month and a half later. HORRIBLY managed and I would be ashamed if I were this office.
While my mother was in the ICU at St. Elizabeth’s this month, Dr. Chawla was requested for a vascular consult on her leg. Confused and concerned that we hadn’t received a satisfactory reason for the swelling and discoloration (on all her extremities) we communicated our frustration to him. We were hopeful he could shed some light or at least direct us to the next specialist who might be able to. Wrong!
