Horrible place … my diabetic father who is unable to take care of himself. Was not given his insulin for the two days he was there. Was rushed back to the hospital with a 500 reading . Which. They claim they didn’t know. But they had him on a diabetic diet. Are you kidding me!!! He came directly from the hospital being treated for diabetes and other med issues. This experience for my.mom was simply awful. My mom is 94 years old and broke her hip. The OT/PT WAS excellent and that is all the positive I have to offer. Mom asked not to have male aid, (it was noted in her chart) but yet it was not honored. Moms menu was transferred from the hospital which was completely incorrect and the hospital said it would be corrected when it was transferred over , and it was not. The hospital had her on a mechanical diet which was completely wrong. They had her allergic to yeast which was not true... read more
Nursing staff is terrific . Aides are very helpful and kind for the most part. I found the facility to be clean and comfortable. Food was good if not predictable. If I need rehab again I would probably choose them.
The physical therapists were excellent but the nightly nursing staff was mostly a nightmare.
