Not just a patient, your treated like family. Dr. Q and team have not only gotten me back to feeling 0 pain, but got me my life back. 2 surgeries with a L5-S1 ALIF and PLIF and I feel like a million bucks! May of 2024 I was struck by two tractor trailer tires leaving me with injuries significant as two herniated disc in my neck. Dr Quandas office was able to get me right in. Through out the frustrations, pain, life changing experiences and limitations, he provided medical support and navigated me in physical therapy , injections, and when all that failed unfortunately due to the significance of my injuries he provided a successful ACDF surgery that allowed me to be successful And going back to most of my daily activities. My son had an appointment scheduled, and it was canceled approximately one hour before the appointment time.Not once, but three consecutive months in a row. Each time, we were told, “Oops, our machines are broken again.” While I understand equipment issues can happen, having the same problem repeatedly and canceling at the last minute month after month is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Didn't cancel our appointment til just before our appointment. 2nd time canceling just before. If they knew machine has been down for 3 months, but didn't just have me reschedule at their other place.
