Alex and Dr. Q are extremely good at what they do. Everything is getting back to where I once was thanks to them.
I felt very talked down to in this office. The staff is rude and the doctor basically told me that this is what I got hired to do so its not a work related injury. My symptoms and primary say otherwise. It almost feels like an interigation instead of an appointment. I did not care for this office at all. I felt very uncomfortable! I have heard others say the same about staff and doctors behavior. I canceled my next appt and am getting referred to S.O.S. in Syracuse.
Horrible service by Dr. Qandah. He walks into rooms holding a coffee barely making eye contact. Spends less than two minutes then rushes off to the next room. And I over heard staff saying he’ll only pay attention to you if your getting a surgery, if not you’re nothing to him.
I have been coming to his office now for at least a year now. I have scoliosis, degentative disk disease, and stenosis and my pain level is at a 10, 24 hour's a day! At first I felt a positive vibe from the staff. I was assured they would help me and I was full of hope with the thought of finally getting some pain relief. After numerous imaging tests a plan was formed and I decided to have the surgery that I was really looking forward to. First I would like to thank everyone at Dr. Q's office for everything they did for me, from getting me right in to getting my surgery done within a month of my first visit with him, thank you for that because with out that timely service from everyone involved I might not be walking right now. So with that I highly recommend anyone going for anything I have had now 12 surgeries and this one was the most serious and they handled it great and I am now just over a month out of surgery and feeling great so thank you to everyone ... read more
