My mother is seen in this clinic & I must say I am not impressed. The front desk staff are incredibly rude & don't make eye contact or answer questions. The staff generally is unsympathetic to symptoms, questions or concerns. It's difficult to get through or to get anyone to call back. The providers spend as little time as possible in the room with you and leave no time for questions leaving you in a state of confusion when you leave their office. This is not quality medical care & we should all do better.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Central New York Brain and Spine Neurosurgery – Comprehensive Spine Center. I have been a patient there for a long time and have now had two surgeries, including my recent fusion surgery. Central NY Brain and Spine are very Professional and knowledgeable.From the very beginning I was treated with respect and kindness. Dr. Nicholas A Quandah performed my Lumbar Fusion and it is healing nicely. I would recommend this Clinic and Team to anyone with back pain and such. Thank you.
When I thought all hope was lost for me at such a young age I met the doctors at CNY brain and spine and my whole life changed. It took some time and some patience which I have very little of but they really did life changing things. I couldn’t even take out my own trash or bend to tie my own shoes before and now I’m doing normal things. My surgery was in December and here we are in August not even 1 year later and the pain went from all day everyday unbearable to a one that comes and goes!! Thank you for changing my life!
Not just a patient, your treated like family. Dr. Q and team have not only gotten me back to feeling 0 pain, but got me my life back. 2 surgeries with a L5-S1 ALIF and PLIF and I feel like a million bucks!
