Front desk rude. Had to contact quality control in July. ... Now they lost blood work and I have to get it again. This isn't even the half of it. They say they call (put it in MyChart) when they don't. A lot of inaccuracy and frustration. We need better maternal CARE in the area! Edit: post delivery of baby ... I switched OBs. I had my records sent to new doc. Despite this, they have called and scheduled me for surgery 2x since switching doctors. How are they not communicating inside their office?!
I really cannot say enough good about this office. I'm 6 months pregnant, and they've made my life so much easier during pregnancy. I've had a couple scares, and they were right here to help me. They also have a 24 hour on call doctor which is a huge deal especially if youre pregnant or have serious medical issues. The amount of hands on deck that are there to step in IMMEDIATLY and help you if there's any type of scare is incredible. Do yourself a favor, choose mvhs❤️
I do not recommend this place for menopause care. Dr Rashid was completely uneducated about perimenopause, had "never heard of" my very common symptoms, and did not address my most urgent concerns or provide any sort of treatment plan despite my repeating and rephrasing my questions over and over. She didn't seem to have reviewed any of the medical history that I'd spent half an hour providing to her nurse, and was not up-to-date on diagnostic and treatment information that is readily available online. Avoid this facility at all costs — especially Dr. Rashid. My experience here was beyond disappointing — it was harmful. I came seeking answers and compassionate care for fertility issues and excruciating periods after over 2 years of trying to conceive. Instead, I was repeatedly dismissed, misdiagnosed, and handed birth control despite classic signs of PCOS and a long ultrasound history that clearly pointed to it. The staff is unfailingly kind-always busy, but staff is patient and understanding.
