I’ve called about 10x for results for my daughter’s test. No matter what day or what time I call there isn’t a nurse there to give results and they’re the ONLY ones allows to relay results.. my kid is 3 days into antibiotics and I don’t even know what she’s getting them for. I go in for appointments and the receptionists are arguing in front of clients over lunches. This place is ridiculous. Can’t wait to switch offices..
I have called numerous times and they don't answer the phone. Very very rarely. I have gone here my entire pregnancy. They have not shown any compassion towards anything. I have been awaiting them to Call in a prescription for three weeks. Every day I finally get ahold of them after the 20th try. They tell me they will call me back, but never do.
