I was met with promptness, kindness and dignity at every step of my ultrasound appointment today. I definitely recommend them for people like me who get a little nervous, as they were very compassionate and professional.
2/1/2024 I had an ultrasound appt this AM…I was not “feeling well” upon arriving at “Door #4”…. Staff was NOT aware of my feelings when I arrived….this is the reason for my review….. I was greeted AT THE DOOR as soon as I walked in to register, by a receptionist,” Stephanie” ( sorry, I dont know her last name) . Stephanie was very gentle and KIND…. ushered me to her desk where she quickly signed me in and by then, seeing my “urgency”, had a male staff member make arrangements to get me taken care of ASAP….I cannot thank Step... read more
