MVHS is a mess. Overall American healthcare is atrocious. This organization makes other lousy hospitals look like top-notch facilities. Usually when there is ineptitude there is corruption. I would urge everyone who has had problems with this organization to make a complaint to the state Attorney General, New York state medical board, the federal attorney and the FBI. Wily wife came in via ambulance and the nurses were helpful getting her settled in. After waiting in the ER for 3 hours, we never saw a doctor. We were told we’re next after I asked. 30-40 minutes later, no doctor. We are leaving without seeing a doctor. Â
