They are wonderful. I went there with a toothache that I had for four 2months. My dentist at valley dental refused to take it out. They are very mindful to make sure ur not feeling anything before they start. The dentist that oversees the students comes and checks everything. They are very pleasant and wonderful people from when u walk in until you leave
After being told for over 12 hours I was hurting myself, I finally got someone to understand I was in thyroid storm. fatal if not solved. I just had my thyroid removed over 24 hours ago, 12 of that I spent defending myself and dealing with extremely rude nurses and obnoxious doctors that swear you know nothing. I'm over it. I had surgery and had to hunt down my medication because I was told "its not their job." 🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼
would never reccomend this place my boyfriend was sent there from alice hyde for psychotic episodes they released him not even 10 hours later mind u the time he was there was mostly spent sleeping

its probably the worst emergency room in our area ,
My 6 year old daughter had surgery here yesterday and was terrified. EVERY SINGLE PERSON we came in contact with was beyond nice and reassuring. Their pediatric wing is great with an amazing playroom full of everything you can think of. Amanda, her nurse before and after, was fantastic! She had my daughter laughing and carefree in no time, chasing her fears away. Thank you to EVERYONE who helped make this day so much easier for her!!
RUDE....how you gonna kick a significant other out at 1am bc I was sleeping in the room next to him??? maybe y'all should train your nurses better to take care of their patients so family members don't have to.....
I went in on the 16th for back surgery and everybody was very nice to me I was on the first floor the nurse is everyone was very nice and also I was in PCU and everybody was very nice I stayed until the 23rd because of my blood pressure skyrocketed and I could not control my blood pressure but they made sure before I left everything was fine I couldn't ask for better service thank you very much Anthony Delmonico
