We recently used Kol for our countertops. I dealt with Omar the owner of the company. He treated me like I was a member of his family. The entire process from beginning to end was incredible. Communication was flawless. The quality of the quartz is superior which makes my kitchen look amazing. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.
THREE times the WRONG cabinets were ordered! It wasn't a big or overly special order. Just a couple of simple base cabinets. A hack crew tried to do a quick fix the first time and ended up completely ruining them! After numerous calls and obviously being avoided, we asked for a refund.
My parents had a horrible experience. My mother asked for pencils on her backsplash to be fixed and got the run around from Jermaine for weeks. He promised to get back to her and find a subcontractor to come out and correct the issue from the previous subcontractors and never did. My mother was told the precious contractor would not return to her home “because she was mean to him”....what happened to customer satisfaction and the costumer is always right?!? They had the best price and service. Installed my kitchen counters in 2 days. I highly recommend them.
Had a wonderful experience with Kol Marble and Granite. We chose them first of all because there are not that many places that sell granite by the foot. We have a small galley kitchen and were able to afford granite because of their prices and flexibility in selling us the amount of stone we actually needed and not having to pay for a slab. We finished the cabinet install and they were able to come within two days to template and installed by the middle of the next week (today!!).
