The worst customer service ever! They treat employees worse than customers. Got billed for labs and xrays that were part of my preemployment physical. Turned into collection agency after being told it was taken care of. Still dealing with this garbage over a year and a half after I left.
I get tired of starting over every time a new Dr. Comes in, big turnover. They got rid of their lab and got Lab Corp. Bunch of crap I think I may look for health care elsewhere, Dr. Yelled at me for no reason last appointment also. Very upsetting
Both Dr Hall and his wife are amazing doctors. If it weren't for both of them myself, my child and husband would not go there for anything.
Very poor nursing and administrative staff. If anything out of the ordinary happens, expect to be disrespected. Do not go here for your care, they do not deserve your business considering the shameless refusal to provide customer service.
They are a rip off very unprofessional and charge your for services that you never requested I won't be back there poor poor service
