They took my money fast enough. Delivered my new bed which cost me a $100. delivery charge. The headboard has damage on the top. The wood was ripped loose. They tried to make shift glue it. That didn't work so they said contact Mike the dude who sold it to us, he can get you a new headboard. I called Mike, he said he had to talk to the manager. He never called me back. We just bought the leather reclining sofa and loveseat. Our salesman was Fabian and he was absolutely wonderful & helpful! He was really honest with us on picking out furniture that would be realistic to have with children and dogs. The delivery men were quick and very polite. Needless to say, we have an amazing new living room set, & we couldn't be happier with their product & service.
