I have to give praise to an amazing Endodontist and staff! Malissa Vacharakiat DMD was amazing, actually caring not just treating me like another patient at the end of the day. Her staff took great care of me, talked & joked with me. They made me feel comfortable. The office, even at 3pm was spotless. Even the girl who helped me check in, was super nice. I wish I could give more than 5-stars, that's how great this office was.
Dr. Vacharakiat and her staff were amazing. From the consultation to after the procedure was completed, her Assistant Kelly was such a help. She kept me calm and I really appreciate that. This is an all woman staff that was so amazing!! Everyone!!

I have had the most superior experience with Dr. V and her staff. Brandy helped me with checking in. Gizelle was Dr. V’s assistant exceptional information and explanation about everything that was happening and what to expect. And Kelly checking on me the next morning and re explaining about the medication and antibiotics. Fabulous staff that works well together. Brilliant endodontist with a compassionate attitude. Outstanding experience from beginning to end. Staff is friendly and modern run office has no old fashioned paperwork opting for iPad. Office and work areas are tidy and clean. Equipment is Impressive latest and greatest technology, my favorite part. Dr. Vacharakiat has great technique and expertise which made for a pleasant experience. Dental tech Gizelle was great as well. The teamwork also made the procedure much better as well. Highly recommend for your next root canal.
