I wanted to give a big shout out to the MV Team! From start to finish you ladies were awesome!! Yani greeted when me when I arrived and assisted me with the paperwork as my eye sight isn't that great. Dr. Vacharakiat did a wonderful job explaining what I needed and Brandy explained in detail how it worked with my insurance. I had a root canal at MV Endodontics and it was surprisingly smooth. The team was super friendly and the calm office vibe helped ease my nerves. Dr. Vacharakiat and staff were amazing, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process painless. They even followed up afterward, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend if you're nervous about endodontic work!

Go elsewhere if you're in pain. Called them first thing in the morning, directly after leaving my primary dentist who referred me to this office. They didn't call us back until they closed that day. I should've known then they didn't really care about their patients. I had the root canal done yesterday and they were so rude. There are plenty of these dentists around... pick someone else!

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! On 10/14 I called MV and Yanni took my insurance and said she was calling insurance to verify and would call me back (this was at 9:06am). I decided to call our regular dentist at 4:30pm for a different referral, because this office hadnt called me back. Thompson must've reached out to MV after, and Yanni called at 4:50pm. I just want to start by saying a big thank you to the employees at MV Endodontics. I called and was able to get an appointment that day and ask as many questions as I felt I needed and every one was meet with kindness and understanding. The employees were professional and very helpful. I unfortunately had to cancel my appointment due to various reasons on my end but they were also very understanding with that as well.
