They are always closed. Even when the posted hours on the door say they should be open, they are usually closed!
I've never had my hair cut so bad. The girl who helped me was terrible, terrible service. She got upset when I told her I didn't like the way she was doing it. Is it supposed to be my hair and I decide how it looks? I just asked for the line to be straight. How bad? $40 for her to leave it like a child had cut it!
Spoke to them on the phone and they mentioned they do walk ins until 4:30, but I went there at 4:00 and unfortunately there was no one there
