Didn't show up for scheduled appointment. Didn't call to explain. Didn't answer my calls. Very rude and unprofessional. We contacted Erdman Carpet Care who came the next morning (Saturday) and did a great job for us.

The best! Cleaned my basement carpet when I moved in because they had pets before me, all the smells gone! Cleaned my couch after pet sitting and no smells! On time, great prices and professional, very quick service! Highly recommend!
