First time visitor of this salon. My friends and 1 often go to Tangram Mall and thought why not get our nails done. We were walk-in costumers on a Sunday afternoon, and the staff was very accommodating. My nail tech was a short-haired lady, and even though 1 did not speak Mandarin Chinese, she was patient with me. I originally wanted a blue cat eye, but because of the pink background tint of my nails, it looked greyer than expected. Read other reviews before coming! Spent $500 and 7 hours for a perm, and we were asked to write a good review ??! — stylist thought she did a good job while completely ignoring the fact the outcome is totally different than what we showed to her😠 They first accepted booking when in fact there’s no extra spot; then they let you wait for hours while working on other customer; then the stylist picked a random hair style and gaslight my you to agree with her; after 7 hours, we had to leave a good tip and buy extra unnecessary p... read more
