I've tried a lot of therapy places after sports injuries, and there's no place like Muv's cutting edge approach to physical therapy! Muv is seriously the best place to go for safe and result-oriented physical and occupational therapy. The doctors are 100% involved with their patients, giving them the best of care. I had a knee replacement and I can tell you that a joint replacement is no joke. You need dedicated attention from both your PT and yourself to achieve maximum mobility and that is why I drive all the way from Carmel Valley to Carlsbad for PT. What 2 better women to muv your body in Pilates than 2 physical therapists! Both Mollie and Erin are lovely and kind, but will push you to sweat in a safe and comfortable manner! Love to feel my thighs burn after class!
